HOURS OF OPERATION

  • The facility is accessible 24/7

GATE & ENTRANCE DOORS
  • Occupant cannot block entrance gate/entrance doors at any time.
  • Occupants will be responsible to pay to Owner all costs incurred by Owner to repair any damage to the gate, fence, or entrance doors due to Occupant’s or Occupant’s guests improper use or negligence.
  • Occupant must wait for the gate to open completely before driving through the gate area.
  • After the gate has fully opened, only 1 vehicle may drive through the gate area. Each vehicle must enter a gate code into the keypad to access the property. Occupants are warned that when a gate code is entered into the keypad, the gate opens only for enough time to allow 1 vehicle to drive through the gate area. The gate may close on, and damage, a vehicle if more than 1 vehicle enters through the gate when a gate code is entered into the keypad. Owner is not liable for this damage.
  • The facility gates and entrance doors must be properly closed and secured after entry and exit.

UNIT

  • Occupant should do their best to avoid blocking entrance to another unit at all times. If this is not possible, please unload/reload as expediently as possible. Should Occupant of another unit being blocked require entrance to their unit during this time, please accommodate.
  • Occupant cannot modify or alter the unit in any way without permission from Owner
  • Occupant cannot store items that, in Owner’s estimation, attract vermin, create a nuisance, have a noxious odor or stench, or endanger the safety or health of people or the environment
  • Occupant is responsible to make sure that their contents have been secured by ensuring the door to their unit is shut completely and that their keypad/lock has been secured correctly.

OCCUPANT CONDUCT

  • The maximum speed limit is 10 MPH.
  • No smoking on premises.
  • The use of electricity outlets in common areas is strictly prohibited.
  • All unauthorized vehicles will be towed at vehicle owner's expense.
  • Trash cannot be disposed of on premises. It is the responsibility of the Occupant to handle the dumping of any trash from their unit off-site.
  • Storage units are provided for the express purposes of storage. Occupant is not permitted to work/reside on premises or in unit.
  • The sale, manufacture or storage of illegal materials is prohibited at all times.
  • No loud music, disruptive behavior, vandalism or behavior that negatively affects others will be tolerated.
  • Occupants and guests are not permitted to loiter in their unit, or in any halls, parking areas, or anywhere on or around the property.

COMPLIMENTARY CARTS

  • The Carts must be returned to the designated Cart location when finished.
  • Carts in use cannot be left unattended on the premises during Occupant use.
  • Occupants cannot store the Carts in their Unit
  • Occupants will be responsible for all costs or fees incurred by Owner to repair any damage to the premises or Carts due to Occupant’s or Occupant’s guests' improper or negligent use of the Cart. Occupants are responsible for the replacement cost of any Cart lost or stolen during Occupant use.

SECURITY MEASURES

  • The facility is monitored by security cameras for additional protection. Please be advised that we only keep footage for 10 days maximum.

Rules & Regulations can be updated/modified at any time. It is the Occupant’s responsibility to monitor this list and abide by these Rules & Regulations at all times.
