Can I use a pod to move into my unit?
Yes! When you’re moving in, you can have a pod dropped off at our facility and keep it here for up to 3 days at no cost while you unload. After that, it’s just $25 per day.
For move-out, pod drop-offs are welcome too—just note that storage fees start right away at $25/day.
We have designated pod areas, so your delivery is easy and doesn’t block anyone else. After booking your unit online, just email storage@baileycoach.com with your pod info and delivery date—we’ll get the spot ready for you.
Can I use my own lock on my unit?
Yes! You’re welcome to add your own personal lock if you’d prefer! Please just continue to keep the black lock that was on your unit door at the time of rental still on. Your lock should work in conjunction with the Bailey's lock that was provided to you- there is space enough on all unit doors that have manual locks to accommodate both!

I noticed a mousetrap in my unit. What should I do?
It’s perfectly normal to find a mousetrap in your unit when you move in. We place traps proactively as part of our routine pest prevention plan. Please leave the trap where it is and do not remove it.
If you ever notice the trap needs to be refreshed or if you have concerns, just let us know, we’re happy to take care of it.
